I believe in the ability of the body to heal itself, fact that I learned through my massage therapy practice. Then, Original Strength came into my life, and I discovered the body's ability to restore and strengthen its reflexive force. Fact that I am confirming day after day in my own body and in my patients. I teach my patients the power we all have to RESET and live a better life moving the way we are intended to move.

My patients come from many paths, yet they have one thing in common, they all want to feel better! My contribution to their betterment is to provide the tools (massage therapy and Strengthening of their body with OS) to guide their body and mind to find their optimum state and prevent injuries.
