Saw It With My Own Eyes!

Categories: Stories Sep 24, 2021

I just couldn’t believe today! I reassessed my patient who had chronic neck pain with radicular symptoms in the left upper extremity for over 20 years. The list is so long as to how many practitioners she sought to care for herself.  I simply was curious and took a chance. I introduced her to ORIGINAL STRENGTH resets and if I didn’t see this with my own eyes I wouldn’t have believed it. Her pain went away completely in one session and it has not returned because she continues to do her resets on a regular basis. She’s over 80 years old and she’s walking her property with her trekking sticks again! She’s improved in all of my objective testing for functional mobility! She even added that when her children speak to her on the phone, they noticed a substantial improvement! She does have respiratory complications and the diaphragmatic breathing can immediately change her pulse ox and prevent her from becoming short of breath. This is just one of many stories that I’ve had since I’ve taken my ORIGINAL STRENGTH certified pro seminar. Thank you all again for sharing such great information. I look forward to my future with ORIGINAL STRENGTH!  I am improving each day.

I will be 82 in Jan 2022. My cardiologist who saved my life 26 years ago after major heart attack
And bypass surgery Recommended original strength program about 10 years ago when I was slowing down. Strive to do my rocking and rotations day for my resets. I have my mobility due to OS. Petiodic aches are life but no painful that can
Not be calmed by the rocking and rotations. Hospital nurse told me to walk 30 minutes a day even if the had to one minute at a time. That is what it took. Believe in OS and do them daily and you can continue to enjoy life!!

Tim; Let me express my thanks and appreciation for the daily good works. I watch for you YouTube videos, and now also look forward to the blogs.

I appreciate your perspective on the rocking and rotations resets our vestibular system.

That and some hip cross over streachs gets us ready for the crawl, and it gets us ready for the walk.

Glad to hear about the marching suggestion. I had been doing it and will get back to it instead of slow wind sprints. I find my knees etc talk back to me when I do them so am going to pass on them.

I have using 2 15 pound kettle bells for my loaded carrys for short distances, and 2 10pd dumb bells for shorter walks with some curls and side arm raises.

You recent use of a loaded back pack was positive suggestion so have tried it for two days now. I think it will be come a regular. Looking foward for some posture improvement!

Not sure what your 21 rule is but am going to check it out next.

Please keep up the good work. I send you YouTube videos to many of my freinds with high praise
