How Long Do I Have To Do the RESETS For?

Categories: Blog Oct 14, 2015

It’s hard to believe I’ve been doing the OS RESETs for five-and-a-half years now. They’ve been an amazing blessing.

They’ve restored my broken body and allowed me to do things that I didn’t know I could do and do things I never thought I’d be able to do again.

Most importantly, they keep me agile and allow me to play with my young kids. In essence, they’ve given me a do-over. It’s like they’ve erased 20 years from my life - maybe more.

And the truth is, I’ll do them for the rest of my life.

In fact, if I want any semblance of a physical life, I’ll HAVE to do them for the rest of my life.

And, you will too.

Why?

Why aren’t the RESETs a miracle one-shot cure-all?

Why can’t you do them a few times, and walk away - a sort of “set it and forget it” Ron Popeil type of situation?

Because, life is not static.

And entropy exists.

We do things on a daily basis to speed up that process - things like sitting for long periods of time, which stiff up our joints and muscles, destroys our posture, and alters our hormonal functioning.

Not to mention the fact that our bodies are unfortunately headed for the grave.

And as morbid as it may be to discuss, there’s nothing we can do about it. However, we can prolong the process and stave off the event.

We can remain resilient and strong - for as long as we want to.

That’s what the RESETs are for - To maintain a highly functioning body and mind, for as long as we can.

(It’s interesting to note that one of the primary reasons care facilities for the elderly exist is that this population has lost their resilience - their strength - and can no longer keep up with their day-to-day activities without experiencing fear of injury and even death.)

At the end of the day, you can Press RESET as much or as little as you want to. And in this case, more is better.
