I currently work out of Grayslake Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy and Wellness and utilize in-person and/or virtual sessions. I create programs to help people move easier through life. What makes my programs unique is my experience as an athlete, runner, mom and physical therapist, combined with my training in pre-natal and post-partum exercise as well as functional movement rehabilitation.
